About Kuala Lumpur

Kuala Lumpur - "the City that never sleeps" – represents the heartbeat of Malaysia. With a population of over 1.3 million, it is by far the largest and most vibrant city in Malaysia.
Despite its large gay population, Malaysia suffers from an anti-gay government, and local culture in some cases has not been very gay friendly. However, there is a reasonable gay scene in the large cities, although both ethnic Malays and ethnic Chinese prefer to be a little discrete. Please be careful when cruising due to police activity.
